Shipping

Kissweh products ship from Los Angeles, CA. Orders generally ship within 3 business days, and as soon as ready, we will let you know the UPS tracking code.

Once it is out of Kissweh's hands, it is the carrier's responsibility. If you prefer making the delivery with signature upon receipt, please make special note of this upon checkout (in the notes section). Otherwise domestic packages do not require a signature. 

 

International Shipping

We are currently figuring options internationally. Please contact us to provide a more detailed quote if outside the US and you have a special request. For now, we can only offer shipping for pillows without inserts.

Please also note that once Kissweh has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you are responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged by customs.

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your Kissweh purchase, please contact us to organise the return. The pillow(s) need to be submitted for return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Kissweh will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged.

We are a tiny operation, so please note that if you are returning, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Kissweh. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Redeeming a Kissweh Gift Card

At the payment confirmation page, you will see a "Gift Certificate and Credits" field. Enter your E-Gift Card code in the area provided, and then click APPLY button to have the value applied to your purchase.

Returning item purchased with a Kissweh gift card

A refund for your return will be issued in the form of a store credit. The store credit will remain valid for six months from the date it is issued. If returning items that were paid in part with an E-Gift Card and credit card, the refund will be split accordingly, less any non-refundable shipping or processing fees.
